Shipping policy

Wherever you’re in Rwanda, we’ve got you covered! We do ship to every province from West to East , we can have your item within 1-3 Hours!

Order Processing Time

We have a processing time of 1-6 days for all orders. If you have placed your order during a sale or re-stocking period, this timing may be exceeded. Please trust that we always do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. 

Tracking

Tracking number is provided on all of our products once it has been shipped. So you can relax knowing where your product is processed and be ready when it is delivered to your door. Do note larger items will require a person to be present upon delivery. To check your tracking number, simply go to our Tracking tab on the menu and include the provided tracking digits from our email.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order has been processed by our manufacturers. Please make sure to enter the correct details before confirming your order.
